SKYLINE 5!

I guess we have to say officially that patrick won the last Skyline contest. Although he gets minus one point for being too thorough.

Roland and Shamus, on the other hand… Rockin’ it steady with the correct planet announcements.

So we’re on to Skyline 5 I suppose.

WARNING: the answers may be in the comments below.

SKYLINE:
HERE!!

And the satellite image? here.

your task:

1) identify the location of the skyline photo
2) determine if the skyline photo is of the same location as the satellite photo
3) if not, identify the location of the satelllite photo

Good luck!

Yesss…. minus one point for being too thorough! But, with bonus points from pegging Angelina’s whereabouts, I think I’m still in the black.

    1) Got it.
    2) Definitely not.
    3) Still working on it.

I’m going to guess Rochester, MN for the skyline. Mayo might be the Mayo Clinic?

Satellite is Honolulu. YES! Once again, google leads the way. My query was: “airport mountains two golf courses coastal”.

I finally figured this out after a lot of time not giving up: Tulsa, and Honolulu.

You know, I could have actually got the satellite pic if I’d given it more than a cursory glance. I was trying to find my friend’s house in Hawaii a while ago and I recognise that picture from the massive crater at the bottom right.
