Okay!
here’s the first of hopefully many posts that will explore the skylines throughout the world.
The game is simple, I’ll show a picture of a skyline and you can do your best to identify said skyline. Some will be easy, some will be near impossible. In order to make the game a little more interesting, a satellite image will also be available. That image may or may not correspond with the picture posted. Your job is to
A) guess the city and country of the skyline
B) tell me if the satellite image is from the same city
C) if not, tell me the city or location of the satellite image
So, let’s give it a go!
First, here’s the Skyline.
Now, here’s the satellite image.
So there we have it. What city/cities?
I would rate this particular test as a 5.7.
5.5 for the well traveled.
WARNING: I expect people will most likely post their answers/guesses in the comments. So just be forewarned that if you continue to scroll down to the comments the game may be ruined for you.
Good luck!
A bonus point will go to the person who can identify the exact location within the city that the photo was taken.

you know, another thing we could have worked on this weekend would have been some magic to hide the comments so the answer doesn’t get spoiled for those guessing…
i imagine such things are feasible but i don’t know how exactly.
anyways, its much too late now.
There was a warning! did you not see the warning?!?
Um… is it in America? It looks like America. And I am 80% sure the two pictures are of the same place.
yay for my skyline being the first used!
i saw the warning.
what i’m saying is that with some magic, a warning wouldn’t have been needed.
Ahhh magic. clever.
Sandusky, Ohio
It looks like the Skyline is of New York to me, I swear I can see the Chrysler Building in the back, but who knows? Oonly Mike D and Liz Glomb.
I think the Satellite image does correspond. Because if it is New York that the River on the Left can be the Hudson and the numerous bridges
