Sarah and I went to the restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns on Wednesday night and I’m currently working on an extended feature describing the experience. It was, without a doubt, the single best food event that I have experienced. Eight courses of over the top deliciousness. EIGHT.
Sadly, while Shaun did let us borrow his camera, it was not the type of atmosphere where it’s totally cool to pull out a camera and snap a few pictures of your food. So in lieu of that, I’m drawing MSPaints of some of the fabulous courses.

In the meantime, I wanted to mention that a dude is coming by tomorrow to quote the installation of a concrete floor into my garage. Totally Excellent.
