New England was hit by a sizable snow storm this past weekend. My Friday night class was canceled and there was a good 4 hours of shoveling over the course of the 18 hours of snow storm. It was nice to get some snow cover, but oh man shoveling is obnoxious.
Ryan Schenk was able to get outside and make a snowman on Friday. It was a nine foot tall beast complete with canine. Apparently it took three heaving people to push the torso into place.
I kind of wish there was a photo with Ryan or Ruth standing next to the beast as a measure of scale but even still, great job Schenk and company!
We haven’t had any decent snowman snow yet. Got several inches over the weekend, but it’s too dry to play with.
Same here. You know, down south. LOL
Of course I still had to shovel the toboggan path (which is rather extensive) for the boys. I am so sore today!
It was actually me, and my friends Anthony and Linda. Ruth was inside making a book.
actually, we couldn’t put Ryan next to it ’cause Ryan was inside it.. it was the only way we could keep it standing up straight. Fortunately he got out when it melted… yesterday.
I am actually writing this comment from within the snowman via iPhone right now.
But Anthony said it melted…
Hey Saint, look out your window. We might finally be getting some workable snow.
(singing) I’m looking at a White Christmas…
Mr. Saint was just out plowing the white Christmas out of our driveway, and shoveling it off the front steps. He’s not a big fan of snow. I think it’s pretty. :)
Boy does he live in the wrong state!
