Saturday night I went to see George Clinton and the P-Funk Allstars with Mandy at the Worcester Palladium.
Unbelievable.
They performed such hits as: We want the funk, gotta have that funk; and Flashlight
There was such amazing energy. It was easy to feel the respect and appreciation that the crowd felt toward G.Clinton. Funk is amazing.
If you have the chance to see these guys on tour, I would highly recommend it.
I worked the show when he played at the Getladium several years ago. The show was awesome. He signed a poster for me that I gave to a friend, and I got a free shirt from the dude at the merch table because I watched it while he went to go mack on an underaged girl.
It was a fun night overall.
