heat, tires, and a kite

Got me a new fan last night! It’s a classy number that sits in your window providing cool loving with two, count them, Two fans. And I can switch one to ‘in’, and the other to ‘out’ for maximum circulation. This, in combination with my other big fan, provide ample cooling for my oddly warm bedroom.

I also got new tires yesterday for the acclaim to fame. Though they sized them wrong, so I’m getting them re-done today.

And finally, Sander and I got out to fly the kite yesterday. Despite low winds, Sander had a very good run. And I had a bunch of smaller runs. It was fun. I still need more practice before the big kiteboarding lesson.

Ok, Kurt, it is another day, so here’s your story. I’ve actually already typed this once already, and because I’m lazy (and the shameless self-promotion can’t hurt), you can read it about it here: http://www.t5t.org/index.php?p=371

I think it’s item #5 on that post.

I pretty much rocked the kite world.
I’m tempted to try kiteboarding. If only money grew on trees…that nobody knew about but me…

    Back to the grind…

That was a good story. I would have just led my tour along.
“this way this way, people. We’ll just forget that that happened.”
