I think this is a weak software company analogy, though I like the initial discussion on creating beauty for your own particular salary level. That said, I think artful individuality is a trait that very few have; building a space without resorting to cheap imitation is no easy task.
In related news, it’s like the internets are in congruence this morning. Check out these modular rooms. Imitation at its simplest.
