It is with great joy that I spread the news that Mr. Jon Abad is now officially a citizen of the United States of America. This is exciting for all sorts of reasons: Most notably, America just got a little more awesome. And I am ALL for my hometown getting more awesome.

Welcome home Jon Abad!

It was roommate Kevin’s birthday earlier this week and he invited all of us out to check out a blues night open mic that he attends regularly. The joint is in Cheshire and includes more than just blues.

Kevin, Shaun, Dave and I decided to get up there and play a couple tunes. We started with a jazz tune called Road Song by Wes Montgomery. After a shaky start, I think we pulled it together nicely. Check it out!

Hey everybody!
