Also, AQUA-POD? I don’t know what you are, but you sound awesome.

I hate stop and shop’s lane signs! HATE. Different items listed on both sides, but you can’t read the other side as you walk down the isles. HATE.

I hate everything about Stop and Shop, the exception being their employees, many of whom are very awesome.

Just don’t get me going about their signage for “sales” because I will rant on and on, as anyone who is unfortunate enough to accompany me to S and S (and that is only when there is no Market Basket within many, many, many miles) can attest.

I’m a fan of Shaw’s myself, but we don’t have any in our town. But we also drive out of our way to go to the next closest grocery store that isn’t S&S basically every time we go to the store.

I can honestly say that i almost never look at the signs!
There are very few surprises in supermarket design… you need to hit something weird like a trader joes or central market.

    OHHH..
MIKED. Next time you’re in Houston, you need to go to Central Market.
Its the size of a Home Depot but its all food. I looked for a map on their website but instead learned they carry 700 kinds of cheese!
