I think it’s safe to say the guy is doing it wrong. I would hope that the rotating speed would be adjustable. Then you could have continuous flipping action!!! Oh Man! Delicious pancakes for everyone!
If you’re gonna do it right, you need a team. Somebody’s got to be ready to put more batter on there, and someone has to be ready to catch all those pancakes. Wonder if Mike D could kick a pancake into someone’s mouth…
