Okay. It’s going down.
After Christmas I’m going to visit Jess in Ukraine. This is exciting because I will not be even remotely close to work. It’s going to be cold and I hope there will be hard manual labor there. I hope to be nowhere near a computer and my phone won’t work. The heat will be from a log fire and Jess has reported that she will try and keep some logs uncut so that I can chop wood. There’s no indoor plumbing, potatoes are served at (as?) every meal, and I hope to buy one of those awesome russian hats. At this point in time I’m expecting a 10 day trip to Eastern Europe.
In order to help plan the process, Jess sent me a telephone number so I could keep her updated on plane times etc. After she sent me the number she sent me this note:
Hey! I am thinking I messed up and gave you a number to Azerbaijan. I do that a lot.
A common mistake indeed. ha!
Woo! how exciting!
