Mr. Sandman’s lack of punctuality has been highly degrading to our team’s performance.
Last night, despite an 8 hour opportunity window, Mr. Sandman showed up 6 hours late – giving us only 2 hours of productive time together. While I understand that he might feel slighted after being shunned earlier in the week during the visit of Academ Inc., in order to make this team successful we have to be willing to let past grievances be forgotten.
If this behavior continues I think it will be necessary to take disciplinary actions on Mr. Sandman.
This reminds me– we have to do the coffee grinds + chocolate thing so I can report back to the ladies at Dragonfly!
