[school] Life [/school]

It’s pretty interesting to compare my life now, in the midst of school, to my life a few years ago when I was working without any part-time school. The things I think I miss most are nights without plans, more opportunities to cook, and casual reading.

Has it been worth it? Kind of. It’s excited to know more about what’s going on in the engineering and business worlds, but it’s frustrating that I can’t spend more time on those casual activities that rock so heavily. Is there anyone out there who did the part time school thing who now has kids? Are kids kind of like an 18 year long part-time MBA? Homework everynight… less time for yourself… you tell yourself it’s worth it, but at 3am on a Thursday night you can’t help but wonder…

thoughts?

I can’t explain how many times this same monologue has gone through my head…

An MBA doesn’t draw you pictures or kiss you goodnight. But I guess it also doesn’t crap its pants. (Or does it?)

You know what? MBAs >> children.
    1. Probably cheaper
    2. No mess
    3. You can legally neglect a master’s thesis
