Sander finds egg emulsions fascinating.

In the last 100 years, with the advent of widespread consumer product advertising, a plethora of hard-fought rivalries have sprung up. Harley vs. Indian, Pepsi vs. Coke, Nintendo vs. Sega, Bic vs. Papermate, Mac vs. PC. I think out of all of these, the most important has got to be whether or not folks should buy Miracle Whip or regular mayonnaise. The winner here is always Miracle Whip in my book – beyond the obvious health benefits, it’s crisp, tangy taste is perfect for turkey sandwiches, vegetables, or just eating it right out of the jar with a spoon. I can eat regular mayo, and don’t mind it, but why settle for less?

When I was little, we would eat Miracle Whip sandwiches. No cheese or meat. Just Miracle Whip. I’ve even had it on biscuits(which is quite delicious). But we never ate it out of the jar with a spoon.
