There’s no Barbecue in Korea.

As I step over the doorway into a two weeks of pure mayhem, I anticipate with clammy excitement the completion of a monster paper and a trip to Texas. I start to complain and dread… and then I realize, well, Sander’s got to go to Korea.

And at least Texas has delicious Barbecue.

Yeah I was going to say, I bet they have bbq. Tom and I were invited to a bbq in Japan, and the food was amazing.

If the Korean BBQ chicken-stick is anything like the same-named dish in Thailand, it probably isn’t chicken and its best you don’t ask WHAT it is.
But whatever it was, it sure was delicious!
