I’m not sure, but whenever you need to temporarily cease extreme behavior, don’t stop shouting “EXTREEEEEEEEEEEME” as you do mundane things. (When you’re doing extreeeeeeeeme things, you don’t need to shout it. IT MIGHT CAUSE EXTREME OVERLOAD)

Top ten suggestions of EXTREME things to do (and not just on your birthday, but anytime):

    1. Bungee jumping (yesss).
    2. Downhill mountain biking. Re: Helmets are for girls!
    3. Grapple with some sort of wild animal – I suggest bears (if you can’t find any alligators).
    4. Fight club – use those kung-fu skillzzz.
    5. Hop the red-eye to Vegas – bring nothing but sunglasses and a wad of cash.
    6. Challenge somebody to a duel (pistols at dawn?).
    7. Yell at a policeman for no reason (or better yet, have a reason, like if they have a taillight out).
    8. Steal something from a museum – and don’t get caught (you’ll probably need a grappling hook).
    9. Go to NYC and streak through a broadway play (flesh-colored body suits don’t count!).
    10. Gather one of every type of pie, and try to eat all of them in a weekend.

    Go!

Want to do the Yale Art Museum to celebrate your birthday Friday lunch? Not terribly extreme, but different. Hopefully, Mick won’t throw at Staff Meeting.

It’s my birthday on Sunday, and although not exactly “extreme”, the weekend will be pretty fun – I’m going up to Birmingham to visit friends and we’re going to go go-karting and play Guitar Hero (although probably not at the same time – *that* would be pretty extreme).
