Kung Fu and Christmas Mayhem

I attended Kung Fu last night. It was a very productive session. We discussed sparring techniques and I learned that I have a tendency to get a little too close during sparring and it results in an increased risk for kneeing and elbowing (both are frowned upon in non-full contact fighting.) But I got a few good matches in. It was a good night.

Does anyone else procrastinate with their Christmas shopping? I might start shopping Friday night.**

Hmm. ‘Kung Fu Christmas’ might be a decent name for a band.

**I’m an idiot. see comments.

Did you take your brain out and then type this sentence? It sounds like you are a 2 year old trying to talk here.

I finished up all my Christmas shopping in my lunch break today. Usually I get everything done a lot earlier but a massive car repair bill in November left me broke until the beginning of this month.

Almost finished on Saturday, but forgot the classroom gift exchanges at school.

I gave up on x-mas and the forced gift giving/receiving it comes with. Plus I’m ridiculously poor. When I used to cave to the comsumerism, I always saved my shopping until the last possible moments…it sucked.
