Sweet Sweet Connecticut

I’m back in the CT and happy to be home. It looks like I might be home for awhile as well because the Texas trip that was planned for next week has been postponed until January.

I’m very thankful that my Advanced Dynamics class is over. Yesterday I knew I had to spend the four our flight reviewing material for the class and just to bone me one last time the airline decided to play “Taladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” as the airline movie.

I have wanted to see this for awhile. And instead of wild hilarity, I had to try and absorb as much material as possible about Atwood Machines and the amount of distance a bouncing ball travels when dropped from height H given a modulus of elasticity less than 1.

Darn you Dynamics!

Also: special thanks to Topher, Lindsay, and Pete for the delicious pizza present.

It probably better you didnt see it on the plane…airlines tend to take out all the good scenes to make any movie rated PG..Pretty Gay…

You need to travel. I think it’s extremely important to see as much of the world as possible.
