Ryan’s solution

Ryan Schenk correctly solved one of the mike d puzzles. A lot of people thought it said “Do you like pizza” in Braile. While this may or may not be true (no one knows for sure), Ryan solved it the way that I intended.

This is the puzzle as it appeared on my website.
Makes sense?

To solve, first rotate the image 90 degrees, weed out the unnecessary dots (placed with the intent to trick) then the pattern becomes a lot more predictable and you can connect the dots.

Please see the diagram below:

that is correct.

As you can see, the “random” dots aren’t so random at all. in fact, they very clearly spell the words “KURT’S FAT”

Great job Ryan!
I hope everyone had fun with the puzzle!

Good job ryan on finding the secret code. My fat, which you have clearly noted with your possesive use of the apostrophe, commends you. if you were trying to say that I am fat it should have been “Kurts Fat!” Good job!

No, “Kurt’s fat” is short for “Kurt is fat”.

that is fat = that’s fat
it is fat = it’s fat
Kurt is fat and bad at grammar = Kurt’s fat and bad at grammar

This is the contraction usage of the apostrophe. You are correct in using “Kurt’s fat” referring to the fat of Kurt. That is the possessive usage of the apostrophe.

    Word, Grammer Monkey!

I’m disappointed in the solution though. I really thought it was a dog.

I didn’t say it, I typed it. Would you prefer “touche?”

Doesn’t work without the accent. I knew you couldn’t resist correcting me. You are so predictable.
