There isn’t a timezone on earth that can make steak taste bad.

I disagree. At 2AM on the first sunday of April, steak probably tastes bad.

What? That’s ridiculous. Unless improperly prepared, steak will always taste good. Every hour of the day, every day of the year, forever!

Due to daylight savings time, that hour of the day, that day of the year, doesn’t exist!

(well, it will in 2007 because they moved daylight savings time!)

Clever! But can you really assert that it would taste bad? If the day doesn’t exist, isn’t there just as much of a chance that it would taste good?

“well, it will in 2007 because they moved daylight savings time!”

Perfect opportunity to test the taste of steak on that date!

I submit that if that time on that date does not exist, perhaps the steak would have no taste at all. Therefore it would not taste good, but neither would it taste bad.

Actually it’s not that it doesn’t exist, it’s just that it doesn’t exist the way other times do. And time itself is an artificial concept, whereas steak is real and delicious. Especially with potatoes.
