These are lean strips of chicken that I cooked this morning over a half teaspoon of olive oil and seasoned with a pinch of freshly ground pepper.

I cooked chicken yesterday. Some sort of artichoke hearts, chicken and rice in the slow cooker. It was quite tasty. I had it for lunch today.
I have had the chicken fries.
Twice even. They’re tasty and very driver friendly. Their buffalo sauce leaves a lot to be desired. Its like they just discovered Franks Red Hot.
