a contest of sorts

For quite some time now, Ben has requested an MSPaint drawing contest on mikedidonato.com. I would suggest topics and readers would be able to submit their own personal MSPainting impressions.

really, it would be very much like the Hadas competitions. Props to you Hadas for creating this epic contest before me.

So, if you’re interested, lets try it out and see what sort of participation we have. If you’ve never commented on mikedidonato.com feel free to participate now!
I’m looking right at you Annie Olives.

this week’s topic is:

A jaguar trying to stuff a typewriter into a microwave.

feel free to use the internet to get inspiration for your drawings.

e-mail me your MSPainting at: mikedidonato AT gmail DOT com before Thursday at noon. and I will post all the submissions on Friday for comment voting. Then we’ll decide if it’s a game we want to do more regularly.

This is awesome! Count me in. I have no doubt that my entry will warrant serious consideration. (If not for the award, then at least consideration as to my mental state)

Macs have a paint program as well, within Appleworks.

    Take that, tubby.

After working on my jaguar for about two hours now, I have newfound respect for the MSPaint skills of Mike D.

Spent quite a while last night on my artwork. It’s not finished yet, but we’re getting there. Still need to finalize some of the 3-dimensional effects, as well as add color.

Jen and I have decided that, should the contest continue, we may have team entries that both of us worked on. Hurrah!

Holy effin sweetness! And I got to see this before the competition deadline! My introduction to your site is a good one oh Mike D. Granted there are points for artistic and aesthetic value of the drawing, but are there points for creativity/humour value as well?

Of course, humor and creativity are both welcome in this competition. Best of luck!!
