The Garage of Disco

We continued our work in the Garage of Disco last night. soon I hope to have a special entry detailing the processes that we’ve gone through in order to turn our garage into a more exciting place.

The question came up:
What could we do to the House of Rock that would make the place even cooler than it already is?

Jesse suggested a jacuzzi, but those things are killer expensive. The perfect idea would be something we could build ourselves. Do any of the faithful mikedidonato.com readers have a suggestion?

you should build a sweat lodge. It would be a piece of cake for you guys. I’ll help, too.

Just think, climb the garage, go for a good sweat and hang out in the lodge. Booyah.

I’m with Old Man Schenk and the idea for the indoor ball pit. With hidden dramatic changes in depth. Fun!

I think we should totally install a full-service bar.
    We’ll need a second fridge…

Or, we could build a hidden basement into one of the dirt floors. Just dig out a huge hole (like, 8x8x8′ deep), cover it with wood, cover wood with dirt, have hidden trapdoor leading to the stairs. Then fill the room with illegal drugs making their way through the state, on their way from NY to Boston probably.
Using our newfound profits, we could then easily install a hot tub up on the catwalk.

    Rock and roll!

You have a basement, you have a hose. Run the hose in the basement, turn it on, leave overnight. Voila! Instant basement pool!
