this weather

The humidity is deadly this morning. This is the kind of weather that doesn’t let you breathe right. Supposedly by 3 o’clock it will feel like it’s 103 degrees outside. Thankfully, I am inside. Today’s one of those days I love coming to work.

Ted, I agree. I was going to go running tonight as well, but I think I’m going to have to give that idea a definite thumbs down.

At least your septic system didn’t back up today. I was thinking of running away but it’s too humid – I wouldn’t have gotten away from the sewage.

    Luckily it’s fixed now.

Ouch. Did it back up into the house, or did it just produce a lovely sludge in the backyard? Did you get a new septic system. Might I reccommend an Environmental Friendly System.

Heh. Get this. I share the septic tank with the other half of the duplex – and their half is lower. So it backed up into their basement, not mine. I felt bad because when I flushed the toilet, their basement would get septic tank backup slimed. No sludge was produced outside.

It turned out that the filter was clogged as well as the output pipe. Also there was a sock in the septic tank.
