The Ultimate Crunch.

I invented a new game. I call it: The Ultimate Crunch.
Here’s how it works. When your plane gets to the start of the runway, pull your back just slightly off of the seat… No elbows either!! As the plane starts to accellerate hold your body off the seat. Try to keep your abs as the primary here. The goal is to hold this position until the seatbelt sign turns off. This could easily take 10-15min, so be strong.
I invented this game on Friday on a return flight from Pittsburgh, so I’ve only tried the game once. My first attempt was a failure. Good luck people, when it comes to The Ultimate Crunch… When one of us wins, we all win.

We must have been doing this wrong. My wife and I played this on our flights this weekend, and it was way too easy (and we’re not uber-fit six-pack abs people).

Don’t be so uncertain! I have only tried this on one flight, and while I must admit it was challenging, it may have been a function of extreme pilot climb. We must continue to test this Ultimate Crunch.
