well, it wasn’t quite a bet. BUT! when I was in Portland it was amazing how often you’d see women wearing skirts. It was a noticeable difference from CT. I told Sarah that as soon as I saw a skirt in CT I would notify her. I think I did… I don’t remember when it was, but it was at least a month after my return.

Vivienne is pretty much the pinnacle of Connecticut fashion. She is the exception that proves that there just aren’t enough women wearing fashionable skirts in the state of CT.
