Breakfast will never be the same again.
This weekend I was introduced to this:
Cinnamon Toast Crunch a la Total Cereal.
I LOVE Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It is beyond good. So totally good. But it’s not very healthy. Total’s Cinnamon Crunch cereal seems to combat that factor. I will be eating it constantly this week and I will report back throughout the week on the deliciousness.
Day one report: Totally Delicious.

Dizude, my friend works for General Mills so I got a free sample of this awesomeness several months ago. It’s like CTC for adults!!

I fully expect the deliciousness factor to remain constant, but what about the healthiness?
As the box states: “100% NUTRITION”
I can only presume the health levels will be intense.
“100% Nutrition” what does that even mean?
It means AWESOME
Yes, but only in moderation. If it’s delicious enough to induce you to eat the entire box in one sitting, I would consider that a drawback to the health benefits.
Does 100% nutrition mean lots of fiber, too? It just sounds fiber-rich to me, which means eating the whole box in one sitting could get dicey later on…
This is truly fantastic news. I’ll admit that although I am a huge CTC fan, I am somewhat embarassed by the fact that I love to eat totally empty calories. The box is currently hidden in my bottom drawer at work. With this new development, Total Cinnamon Crunch can join the basket of fruit on the top of my desk.
