ha ha, no worries. I was so freakin' tired and cranky from school crap when I got that comment - so I was a little nasty. Point out errors as much as you'd like! It's important that I have some motivation to proof-read

If it makes you feel any better, I didn't notice anything was spelled wrong. I was just jerky enough to point it out to you when it was pointed out to me. Next time I shall be more discreet my friend.

Tom and I have a Tom Tom too, we got it for Christmas. I didn't really want it at first, but I love it now. Although I still refuse to mount it in the car and have it on all the time. I leave it in the cupholder when I'm using it.

Geeze - It's so good to know that my peers are here to point out my errors. Also acceptable: sending me a quick e-mail to suggest a spelling fix.

WOW... "I promptly got lost in downtown New Britain. Driving down allies..."
I have to assume you either hate women named Allie, or you don't like compatriots.

1) Maybe if you tried orienteering, your sense of direction would get better. Your likely response is, "Why would I enjoy orienteering if I have a bad sense of direction?" My response is, "You probably won't."

2) Or, you could get a <a href="http://www.rei.com/search?query=garmin+405&button.x=0&button.y=0" rel="nofollow">watch with a GPS</a>. That watch won't help you with directions, though. But, it will...

3) ...record when you're an idiot while orienteering. <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/18013112@N00/2719791679/">Here</a>'s me, from an event in Canada in May. It's about 100 yards from #16 to #17.

I presume you were asking this because I mistakenly typed "2pm" instead of "2am" as a bed time?

I did not get a ticket - just a warning.

I have nothing but good things to say about the TOM TOM that Tyler gave us.
I find that I go exploring a bit more now and just look for new parks and detour around traffic just because we know its gonna be easy to find another way to get there!

The one we got does text to speech for the street names as well, which is useful most of the time and unintentionally funny that other part. It also lets you build routes ahead of time and import things from your PC, which is neat.
Let me know if you have questions on it.

Let me know if you need research assistance.

So how did you either go back in time or forward in time? I'd be more interested in that instead of your lack of direction. Please explain. Thanks!
Oh and did you get a ticket, or did you use your womanly wiles to talk your way out of it?
