A fast bullet (e.g. 30.06). A 9mm handgun only shoots 800-900mph.

Cool. I've heard a lot about Potlatch (biggest tournament in the world or something?). Never been, but I probably know a few people who were there.

Yup. Potlatch.

I didn't play, but UUIG did. I watched, and I got to go to the big after party thing at Red Hook Brewery. Also, one of the guys on her team modified a gas-powered weedeater into a margarita blender!

[big numbers]mph doesn't seem so impressive to me; thanks to Google calculator though, I now know that Voyager is going at 17.36 km/s. Seventeen kilometers PER SECOND. Holy crap.

Yes, we do know this because we are still in contact with it. Presumably it will reach the heliosphere (the point where our sun's solar wind is no longer strong enough to push outwards against the blackness) before we expect to have any big issues.

Fun fact - I've been clocked at nearly 10,000 mph while pursuing the neighborhood turbocharged ice-cream truck.

I like what they did with it in the first Star Trek movie. At least, I think it was the first movie. It's been a long time since I've watched them.

Do we know this? Or is it so far away that we can't even communicate with it anymore? In that case, it could have been found my aliens gotten sucked into a black hole (not possibly, actually, but pretend) or something.
