		<description>In England the 6th food group is Mayonnaise.  They basically put it in everything.  I can tell you one thing....It does NOT make most people sleep better.  In fact, I'm pretty sure the fact mayo is in everything is why England smells.</description>

		<description>I hate to sound like my wife here, but I read in Reader's Digest that if you do not keep the same sleep schedule during the weekend as you do during the week, that Monday morning will bring you nothing but pain.</description>

		<description>You know what I think the problem is.  Not Enough Mayonaise.  I'm telling you thats the problem.  I had a rough couple of days and on sunday I had two (2) egg salad sandwiches with tons of Mayo in it.  I slept great, woke up on monday morning rip roaring and redy to go.  Try slopping some of the delicious Emulsion on whatever your eating and call me in the morning.</description>

		<description>I slept for 9 and a half hours last night.  So it's not too far from the a number divisible by 3.  My theory is that I was just destroyed from school and work and what my body really needs is a 15 hour reboot.</description>
