Tasty breakfast!

For a tasty breakfast saute some red peppers and add one full eggs and two egg whites. Scramble a bit and then add a teaspoon or two of honey.

Simple and delicious.

Salsa mixed into scrambled eggs is really nice too and would be a good alternative to honey if you wanted something more savoury.
