the sox game last night was pretty exciting. I was reviewing the news pages this morning and I came across this victory photo:
Not to put a damper on all the excitement but… Is Cabrera wearing goggles?
I’ve never noticed him wearing goggles before, but then again I don’t watch tons of baseball. Does he regularly wear goggles?
Is it a safety thing or a fashion thing?
because really, I think goggles are a trend of the past.
He’s very funky…
but not as funky as this guy when he won game 5 for us. he’s very happy
That is one of the funniest things I’ve seen all day. And let me tell you, I’ve seen some funny things.
Obviously he was in the sub-dugout Olympic-sized swimming pool when it happened.
I didn’t notice it before, but is A-Rod carrying a purse?

By golly, I think you’re right shamus. I can’t tell for sure, but I think you’re right.
Now that I think of it, wasn’t there a picture way back of A-Rod riding a pink bicycle while wearing a sundress? If my memory serves me, that would better explain his affinity for purses.
