In anticipation of my upcoming departure to South Bend Indiana, I thought I’d check out the official South Bend website.
Should I be concerned that the #2 headline is: Keeping grass under control?
The second most important thing in their town at the moment is growing grass?
I’m concerned for my sanity.
I think that the 3rd headline is what you should concerned about… “competitiveness award”? I mean really… does pulling up next to someone at the stoplight mean that they race you? does a funny look while walking turn into a fight?

A valid point J.Abad. I will make sure to bring my brass knuckles. If I get any weird looks, you can be sure I’ll be the first to strike. There’s no way I’ll fall victim to their estranged competativeness.
